What to include

  • the email address you sign in with;
  • what you were doing and what happened: which character, text or voice, and roughly when;
  • your device and browser, or that you use the iOS app;
  • a screenshot, if you can.

Never send us your sign-in link or your PIN. We will never ask for them.

Delete your account

  1. Sign in and open your Profile.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Read what will be removed, type the confirmation word and confirm.

Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone. Our Privacy Policy lists what is removed and the little that is kept. If you can no longer sign in, write to us from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.

Report or block someone

If a message, an avatar reply or a person breaks our rules, use Report on the message or wherever you see the person: in a shared conversation, the directory, search or your friends list. Choose a reason and, if you like, block them at the same time. Reports reach the operator without your name, and we act on them within 24 hours.

You can also block someone without reporting them. People you block cannot find you, contact you or share a conversation with you.
